After successfully leading his own company from a small team of 4 staff and £250,000 turnover to a national retailer with over 40 staff more than £20m in turnover, Justin orchestrated the sale of the business to a private equity investor in 2017.

With extensive expertise in the Garden Machinery, Outdoor Power Equipment, and Tree Surgery markets, Justin also possesses a broad range of business skills that apply across all sectors. His strengths include Operational Efficiency, Business Development and Expansion, Supply Chain Optimisation, Sales Strategies, SEO and Project Management.
